How does a consultation work?

Let me advise you on how to enhance your energy and achieve your goals as I look at your property through Feng Shui eyes. Your environment is either supporting you or it is depleting you of the vital life force called “Chi” also known as energy.
Customized Client Approach
When I make an assessment of a home or office, I consider your goals and use good common sense. I avoid recommending anything that you would find unattractive or unacceptable. Rather, I suggest practical, appropriate, and workable options based on solid Feng Shui Principles that blend with the way you live. I always offer several practical solutions that are appealing to you and fit your decor and your budget. Many recommendations are things you already have in your home that simply need to be placed in the correct area for maximum benefits. Get custom Feng Shui to fit your needs and lift your Chi!
You will be provided with a complete analysis of your home and all of your questions and concerns will be addressed. This comprehensive analysis will reveal both long-term and short-term effects that your home is having on you and how to prevent future problems and remedy unpreventable ones. Whether you live in a house, apartment, or condominium, all of these types of spaces can be evaluated. It does not matter whether you own or rent your home; you are living in the space, so it is affecting you.
What do you need to provide for a consultation?
Floor Plan – Required
A detailed floor plan drawn as close to scale as possible including all doors and windows on an 8 1/2″ x 11″ paper size is preferred. You may be able to obtain a floor plan of your home or business from the builder, architect, planning department, real estate agent, or property management.
Often, I can help you find your floor plan online.
If floor plan cannot be obtained, you may need to draw your own.
How to Draw Your Floor Plan
Use graph paper. Measure and mark off the outline, or “footprint”, of your house. Use 1 square for each 2 feet of space. If this is not possible to do, then please draw the house as accurately as you can. The better the drawing is, the better your consultation will be.
Consultation Request Form
Once you book your session, I will send you a Consultation Request Form. The request provides needed information for the consultation (names, birth dates, year of construction, objectives, concerns, etc.)
What should you expect during a consultation?
First, you will give me a tour of your home to orient me to where things are and what energies you feel are out of balance. Then, we will sit down together to discuss your goals from the consultation form you filled out prior to the appointment.
Next, we’ll do a room-by-room assessment, talking about what changes need to be made while you take notes. You are welcome to record your home or office consultation.
After your consultation, I will write up a 3 to 4-page report with easy-to-implement recommendations for your space.
